A protean progression of movements across the floor will develop kinesthetic, motor and sensorial awareness, scale and rhythm studies. These layered torrents will work individually and collectively to unfamiliarize our bodies and recognize them as dynamic, transformative environments, each body observed and welcomed as a total phenomenon in delicious corruption. Bring your curiosity, your inquisitive body, and prepare to sweat.
